I am licensed marriage and family therapist and i provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Managing Adapting Practice. Through counseling and treatment, my goal is to help foster motivation , gain perspective, and help you achieve balance in your life.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I provide psychotherapy utilizing an array of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family system, art and play therapy. I focus on processing feeling and emotions, developing effective communication, anger management and/or healthy coping skills to learn ways to deal with issues such as anxiety, mood disorders, grief/loss, parenting, difficulties in school, and behavioral issues.
Life transitions can be difficult and scary; change often brings up feelings of anxiety and fear that can seem overwhelming. You do not have to face them along. I promise to be there for you every step of your journey by providing a safe space to feel, process, and integrate change. My goal is to support you through life's challenging moments, help you grow from your struggles, equip you with a set of tools to increase self-awareness, face difficult emotions, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

Relationship counseling can be beneficial to children and their parents who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with individuals and families and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
